1.1 The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods without giving a reason at any time before receipt, as well as after receipt - within 7 calendar days. Transportation costs shall be paid by the Buyer.

1.2 The Buyer has the right to exchange the goods if they do not fit the shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration. The period of exchange is 14 days, not counting the day of purchase. Return or exchange of goods is possible when: its trade dress (packaging, seals), consumer properties are preserved, the completeness of the goods is preserved, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (sales receipt). When exchanging the goods by courier service, the Buyer shall pay transportation costs.

1.3 In order to return the Goods of proper quality (including for the reason of their exchange), the Buyer undertakes to carefully pack the Goods (with all accessories and a full set of accessories specified in the technical documentation for the Goods) and attach the following documents

- Return form;

- Copy of passport (or other identification document);

- A copy of the payment receipt.

1.4 The procedure of returning the goods of improper quality shall be carried out in the manner specified in clause 1.3. The application for return shall specify the defect of the goods returned by the Buyer.

1.5 Methods of returning the ordered Goods:

- Return the Goods in person to the Seller;

- Return the Goods independently via any courier company.

1.6 Claims for the return of the sum of money paid for the goods shall be satisfied within 10 days from the date of submission of the relevant claim. In case of returning the goods of improper quality, the Buyer shall be refunded the cost of the goods together with the cost of delivery.
